Directions
Combine the beans, peaches, onion, cilantro, jalapeno and garlic in a medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with tortilla chips or spooned over grilled chicken or fish.
. 1 cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed
. 1 cup diced peeled ripe peaches
. 2 tablespoons minced red onion
. 1 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro
. 1 jalapeno, minced, with seeds
. 1 clove garlic, minced
. Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
. Tortilla chips, for serving, optional
