Preheat the stove to 400 degrees F. Put the phyllo mugs on a heating sheet and prepare for 3 minutes. Let cool.
Turn the stove to low cook.
In a little bowl, consolidate the darker sugar and cinnamon and blend. Cut the peaches fifty-fifty, evacuate the pit and cut every half into 1/2-inch-thick cuts. Cut the cuts in thirds.
Put the cream into a channeling sack or zip-finish pack with the tip cut off and pipe a portion of the cream into every phyllo glass. Top with some peaches. Sprinkle the peaches with a squeeze of the dark colored sugar and cinnamon blend. Place under the oven for 1 to 2 minutes, until the point when the sugar dissolves. Expel from the stove and sprinkle with amaretto.

. 3/4 cup clotted cream
. Amaretto (almond liqueur), for drizzling
